Deletion request status

What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted permanently:
- your account — email, name, profile picture and sign-in credentials;
- your brands and products, including every product image crawled from your website;
- every creative you generated, its editable layers and its exported images, removed from our storage;
- your advertising-platform connections. The access tokens are revoked at Meta and Google first, so our authorisation genuinely ends rather than simply being forgotten;
- the AI request and response records associated with your account, including the prompts derived from your website.
Kept, in de-identified form:
- daily advertising performance figures (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions);
- credit movements — what was charged, for what kind of action, and when.
Before those rows are kept, every link to you is destroyed: your account reference is replaced by a randomly generated value, and the correspondence between the two is never recorded anywhere, so it cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. Ad and campaign identifiers, your website address and all ad copy are removed as well.
We keep these de-identified records for two reasons: to understand which advertising formats and creative approaches actually perform, and because we are legally required to retain accounting records of what we charged. Because they can no longer identify anyone, keeping them does not conflict with your right to erasure.
